With this special service, customers receive an offer, including information on availability and price, within 15 minutes. It distinguishes between Critical, where shipments are picked up immediately and delivered directly, and Tempo. For these shipments, both pick-up and delivery occur at a fixed scheduled time in time. Customers also receive five status updates online and simultaneously via email for each transport.

This service is targeted at just-in-time assembly industries such as the automotive, agricultural machinery, aerospace, and healthcare sectors, which need to ensure their supply and production continuity. It also meets the requirements of the spare parts market and the healthcare sector, particularly by reducing repair times and the costs associated with machine or equipment downtime during a breakdown.

The shipments are primarily transported by road, depending on their size, weight, and specific requirements, using passenger cars or other vehicles up to trucks, in vehicles with or without liftgates, as hazardous materials, or temperature-controlled. Approximately 6,000 vehicles are available across Europe and can be activated at short notice. Airfreight transport is also offered.
