Particularly during the harvest period, spare parts for tractors, forage harvesters or combine harvesters must be available seven days a week. nox NighttimeExpress has therefore developed a special range of services with OEMs, wholesalers and dealers: No matter whether it is a machine part or a ploughshare, your customers receive urgently needed spare parts before 8:00 am the next morning – every day of the week.

Through our integrated nox NachtExpress network, we enable our customers to operate a single warehouse for several European countries. The seamless collaboration between our country offices and partners ensures fast and reliable delivery. If your company operates several warehouses, we will bundle your shipments and deliver to your recipients at the same time from different locations or countries.

Whether an OEM, wholesaler or dealer – we transport parts and accessories for passenger cars, lorries and motorcycles through our pan-Europe network. Gaskets, windshields, bumpers, bonnets, mudguards and even engines and gearboxes reliably reach their destination with us. Your advantage: Your recipients can order parts and accessories until the evening – even if they are needed at the beginning of the next working day. This will allow repairs to take place right at the start of the next day’s work. You thus optimally use the available resources, reduce expensive inventories and offer your customers a fast service.

Our powerful, pan-European nox NichttimeExpress network allows our customers to operate a single warehouse for several countries. A combined pick-up and seamless cooperation within our European network guarantee fast and reliable delivery, even across national borders. And if you have several warehouses, we ensure that your consignments are bundled at the same time to ensure that your recipients are supplied from different locations or countries at the same time.

In the Engineering & Construction industry, reliable customer service with fast and efficient repair and maintenance is a key competitive factor. With late pick-up times and deliveries of spare parts before the start of the next working day, we allow our customers the greatest possible flexibility – while at the same time reducing inventories in the supply chain.

Urgently required spare parts are delivered by nox NighttimeExpress directly into the boot of the technical vehicle – before 8:00, 7:00 or 6:00 am. This eliminates material procurement trips to service stations or warehouses. Depending on the organisational structure, service technicians can save up to 3.5 hours a day for the procurement of spare parts – which they can use for repairs on the customer’s premises. Reusable parts, warranty parts or incorrectly ordered parts are delivered back to you as returns, quickly and simply.

Time-critical shipments are also transported to alternative delivery addresses, if you so wish. For example, directly to your customer or to a pick-up station that is open around the clock. We also combine these options, for example to enable the next available technician to quickly access a spare part. We can gladly plan an optimum delivery option together with you, so that you have the highest degree of flexibility when planning.

Maintenance or repair-related downtime in IT systems or in the telecommunication infrastructure is extremely costly for companies, because they mean entire departments or even entire workplaces are usually unable to work. Efficient, rapid repair and maintenance services are therefore of central importance in the high-tech sector. Disruptions that occur in the afternoon can be remedied in the early morning, thanks to nox NighttimeExpress. Spare parts that are ordered until the late afternoon are already available before the start of the next working day, preferably before 7:00 am. This concept offers you and your customers extremely short response times, higher flexibility and lower inventory levels in the supply chain.

In order to make the best of all possible time-saving potential, we can also supply spare parts directly to the boot of the technical vehicle. This obviates the need to pick up parts at a service centre or central warehouse.

If necessary, we also transport urgently required spare parts to alternative addresses (for example directly to the affected company), or store the parts at a pick-up point (parcel locker), if necessary as an alternative to boot delivery. A combination of different delivery types is also possible. We adapt to your requirements. Through our transparent return system, reusable returns, parts under warranty or wrongly-ordered parts are returned to you quickly.

The supply of surgical equipment or implants directly to the hospital also forms part of the nox services. With our tailor-made solutions, we are able to increase the efficiency of highly-qualified medical personnel in a sustainable manner. Incidentally, returns can also be picked up at the point of use. Example: After cleaning and maintenance work, surgical equipment is quickly restored to the operating room.
