Car glass requires special handling. Our own network, PGG GlasExpress, is specifically designed to meet these needs.
The glass products are scanned and handled in separate areas within our hubs. Transport is carried out with trucks used only for automotive glass. The employees are specially trained for this exacting work.
Car glass arrives by 8 a.m. on the business day after it is picked up. It is delivered to a lockable site or directly into the shop, if desired.
We do not add any surcharge for delivery on Saturdays, so repair shops can replace windscreens and back or side windows on weekends, as well.
The separate transport network for glass and the higher level of safety it provides lead to a lower damage rate. This has a positive effect on your insurance premiums.
Repair shops also profit from higher efficiency and better utilization of limited storage space.
