We usually pick up your goods on day A between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Delivery takes place either on the same night or the night before the next working day, usually before 8:00 AM. Since your recipient is usually not present at this time, delivery is made to a pre-arranged individual drop-off point. This could be, for example, the trunk of a service vehicle, a safe, the garage, or another agreed drop-off point. This ensures that urgently needed goods and spare parts are available before work begins, right where they are needed. Your employees can start their workday without waiting times. How does drop-off point management work?

Shipments are delivered in the early morning hours, regardless of the recipient's presence. We therefore recommend arranging an individual, preferably lockable drop-off point. How should the goods be packaged?

In general, we handle and transport any goods for you. It doesn't matter whether it's individual packages, pallets, small items, or bulky goods. However, please note that the transport goods must be packed securely (suitable for handling and truck transport) to minimize the risk of damage. Please also note our terms and conditions.

What size and weight restrictions apply? No restrictions usually However, individual packages, whose dimensions exceed 3.20 m in length or 1.20 m in width or 1.50 m in height and/or a weight of 100 kg, must be registered by 12:00 PM on the day of collection. How and when will the goods be picked up or delivered?

If you register the pickup with us by 12 noon from Monday to Friday, we will usually pick up your goods on the same day. How can shipping documents be created?

Filling out shipping labels and orders by hand is a thing of the past. We offer you a convenient, internet-based shipping logistics software. You can conveniently prepare your national and international shipments for shipping on your computer. If you do not yet have access data, please contact us today. We will then take care of everything else for you. If you have any further questions about the application, we will also be happy to answer them. You will receive your personal username and your protected password shortly. This ensures that your data is treated confidentially and protected from access by third parties.

How can the status of the shipment be retrieved?

You can either perform individual queries via our shipment tracking or log in to the protected customer area and check the status of all your shipments online at any time.

nox is your partner for the professional handling of your shipments to European countries. We offer you a safe and reliable shipping service. Because in addition to Germany, we are represented in 20 other European countries through sister companies and partners. You can therefore ship to all countries selectable in the offer request. How is the process handled in case of a complaint or damage?

We offer you the opportunity to submit your concerns via the contact form. Your information will reach our customer service with just a few mouse clicks. There, they will be processed and answered directly.

Please note that all damages within the framework of Nachtexpress must be reported to us by 12:00 PM on the delivery day at the latest. If this is a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, by 12:00 PM on the next working day. In the context of Tagexpress, damages must be reported by 4:00 PM on the delivery day at the latest. General reservations are not sufficient.

Damaged goods reported must be kept available for inspection and return with the original transport packaging by nox and/or a representative. Otherwise, nox is not liable for the reported damage.
