nox Group – From a pioneer to the European market leader

Delivery of time-sensitive replacement parts before work begins gives many companies an important competitive advantage. And that is the core of what nox Germany GmbH has been doing successfully since 1964. We provide our customers over 80 logistics centres in France, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands as well as the highest-performance night express network in Europe. Additionally, there is the European network of our partner companies. We offer nationwide coverage with over 20 depots in Germany alone. Around 1000 employees are at work here every day to help your business succeed.

The history of nox goes back to the Munich-based forwarder Heinz Harry Kutzner. To set himself off from the competition, he offered his customers pre-workday delivery. That was the birth of the idea of Nighttime Express. This business model has continuously been developed and greatly expanded since 1964. TNT Innight ran the service until nox Germany GmbH took over the company in 2016. In 2017 the company then acquired CAT Cargologistik Germany.

The new European powerhouse for after-sales service

Since 2022, nox Germany GmbH belongs to Groupe Sterne. The company, founded in 1972, is the French market leader for time-sensitive logistics and is specialized in tailor-made services with high added value. Groupe Sterne provides its customers regular nighttime and daytime transport and logistics services as well as time-critical delivery. Together, we offer efficient Europe-wide transport solutions that provide for smooth-running logistics for all kinds of goods and cargo.

Together, we have an international network with around 2100 employees and 6000 consignors and 100,000 recipients in Europe.
